Cancellation Policy
- Groups under 8 people: Up to 48 hours prior to tour, there is no charge for canceling the tour. Within 48 hours of the tour, no cancellations will be accepted. There will be a 100% charge for tours cancelled within 48 hours. Anyone who is late for or misses a scheduled pick-up time or is not at the trailhead at the time of tour departure will be considered a “no-show” and there will be a 100% charge. We suggest calling our office if there is potential that you will be late – we will do our best to accommodate the situation.
- Groups of 8 people or more: At time of booking, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. Full payment is required 10 days prior to the tour. There is a 100% charge for cancellations within ten days of the tour, or for missed tours.
Payment Policy
Howling Dog Tours will hold a booking with a credit card number, and full payment will be processed at the time of the tour. Payments accepted are: Visa, Master Card, American Express, Debit, cash or traveller’s cheques.
Weather Conditions
Howling Dog Tours will run tours weather permitting; if extreme temperatures and/or dangerous road conditions place the guests or dogs in danger, we reserve the right to cancel. No money will be charged.
Waiver
Participants will be required to sign a waiver before departure; anyone under the age of 18 years must have a parent or guardian sign.
